How do I access the webmail system for my e-mail account?
Users can login to the webmail system through any Internet-connected browser.

Is my e-mail addresses case-sensitive?
No. E-mail addresses are not case-sensitive. This means that any combination of lower- and upper-case letters will work to access the same e-mail account. For example: Johndoe@companywebsite.com is the same as jOHNdOE@COMPANYWEBSITE.COM

What is the size limit for incoming and outbound e-mail messages?
The size limit for incoming and outbound messages is 2MB, including attachments, for FREE e-mail accounts. Paid-for e-mail accounts can send messages up to a whopping 10MB!

What is my mailbox storage size limit?
FREE E-Mail account storage can vary from 2MB/mailbox to 5MB/mailbox dependant up on the domain name. Paid-for e-mail accounts come standard with 10MB or 25MB, allowing for large document transfer and storage. E-Mail storage can be upgraded to as much at 100MB from the Premium Upgrades section.
